What I see from Motech is slightly different from what comes stock on the HS. Help? I promise to take photos and load here when done!
What you're looking for are the parts from the Ducati spare parts manual.
I ordered them online from a Ducati parts online store. Or you can get them from the dealer.

They're pictured in Drawing 35A in the Ducati Spare Parts Catalog you can find here: Ducati

The good thing is that if you want to try the change in bags before you buy all the parts you can. All that stuff just unscrews from the stock bags. Unzip the inner liner and you can unscrew all those parts for transfer to a different case. I'd use the stock bag and some cardboard to make a template.

Unscrew all the parts to be transferred off the stock bag, lay the bag on the cardboard, hold it all still, and use a marker from the inside of the bag to mark where the holes are. Then punch holes in the cardboard and use that to mark where the holes go on the bag you want to put on.

If I can find some thinner bags for day to day use, I may consider doing the same. I am waiting to go home and open up the tail bag that's being delivered today, bought in the anticipation of not using my saddlebags when I commute.
