The rear suspension on the Strada is adjustable and there is cartridge kits available but no real word on how well they work.

See this thread about the cartridges andreani-fork-cartridge

The Strada also has a higher watt output generator to run the accessory plug ports and the handle bar spacers getting them up higher but still lack when standing, I will be adding Rox-risers to mine come spring.

Madduc PM me lets get together you can ride mine if you haven't been on one.

Yup. I've seen these you suggested in another thread. There actually on my potential list. I'll check with my dealer if they have some on the shelves. Thanks.

Im liking these because they give me the potential to dive off the pavement at a moments notice so I can explore what is down that way and conversly i shouldn't lose much street performance.

I share your logic. Most of my rides are on the roads but the dirt sections need a bit more grip than what the Scorpions can offer.

Like many others on here, I wanted better tires for some fire road rallying. After my scorpions were done at 3500mi I decided on Dunlop 616's. They aren't marketed as a dual sport tire but the tread pattern hooks up well in the dirt, much better than the scorpions, plus I think they were $245 shipped for a set on revzilla..

3500! Do you do a burnout at every stop light? I probably get the worst mileage on this forum and I'd be pissed if mine was toast that early. Even the one that blew out at 3000 miles had at least half it's life left.

Regardless, I like what I read about the P3's and they get a lot more mileage out of a set.

I like these Dunlops. I will have to have a closer look for the next set.

And... 3500miles... how in the world did you manage this? I'm at 7700+.

I can't believe that engine guards are being made for the Honda CB500X but not the Hyper!!
