Well the unfortunate part about that is I already know both of them wont fit there. I'll get a photo with measurements of the box. Does the rapidbike have waterproof connectors?

My initial thought is fitting one of them where the exhaust flapper servo is located, since i have removed mine. Or where the ducati security accessory goes. Or maybe even beside a smaller LiFe battery. Any of those I assume could potentially work if there's enough room.

Does the CC kit come with enough wire to place somewhere else?

I have a Lithium battery and it didn't save that much room vertically. The RB box uses the same connectors as all the other electronics under the seat.

We are still waiting for the connectors they should be in Europe in about 2 weeks if you would like I could make the OBD harness longer to mount it in other places, just give me a lenght that would be good

Which side of the frame does the OBD harness route up and how much slack is there with the current mounting location?

Routes up the righthand side. In the current configuration, the main harness length is 46 inches from the throttle position connectors to the connector for the control box. There's a couple inches of slack underneath the seat, potentially just enough to move it elsewhere in the vicinity.

The other half of the harness runs from the 4-pin OBD2/Canbus connector to the control box. From what I can remember off the top of my head there was plenty of slack in this harness, at least a few inches.

I didn't remove my exhaust flapper servo; just disconnected the spring. So, can't say what that pocket frees up. I also don't know how big the ECC box is. Picture of hardware?

Regardless, right now it sounds like you have to choose between ECC or tuner. I'm keeping my tuner. An alternate mounting location will sell more units.

Please let us know when you get the parts and are ready to build/ship them out.
Thanks.

I ordered one right after they became available but still waiting on some connectors from China to come in. I've PM'd Cruiseman1 and the number I ordered it from is now disconnected.

Anyone heard anymore on this.

monocog is pretty active member. If it were a scam, he'd have to be in on it, too.
