Ooo, I'm in. Let me know how much and where to send. Given you are in CA I may be able to spare shipping and just come pick these up.

I'm really sorry , but I will have to drop out.
I've bought myself a Multistrada , and as such may not be keeping the Hyper long term now. Fantastic job on the lights though , and I'm sure plenty takers for us drop out merchants.

#16 out. Love love love your product, but the Hyper has been delegated to track-only status. Street bike is now a Multi Enduro...

aux lights

OK, started installing these today (arrived this week). I have to say I'm genuinely impressed with the quality of this kit. Workmanship is outstanding and I design and build satellites for a living, so I feel I know something about good from bad hardware, you're welcome to differ on this but it's my assertion. Instructions are pretty good too, although I've had to slightly deviate from them.

I'll offer some caveats:
1) If installing the Mounting Brackets with an EvoTech Radiator Guard, you'll have to mod something or get another guard that does not attach using the side radiator screws. He mentions this potential in the instructions. I have the EvoTech and found that IF I remove about half the thickness of the plastic slots in the plastic cover from the inside of the plastic cover, the brackets are not loose, install nicely and the screws have plenty of engagement. You don't want the brackets to wag and he uses a shoulder bushing and screw to set the mount up so it is snug but damped a bit with some rubber bushings. Well designed in my view. I simply used a grinder (yes on plastic) and an Xacto knife to whittle it down until I had it where I wanted it. Fits nice now and I'm pleased with it.
2) Harnesses are very well done and just a bit long, which is to say much better than a bit short. I simply dressed some service loops and used an extra ty-wrap or two. Looks just like his pics now. Really digging it.
3) When installing the Junction Box (box that says Hyper on it), he correctly points out that it has to be fitted/positioned to clear the side fairing. It's easy to push this all the way up against the tank and start a chafe point, so look close to see if the box is up against the tank. There's a sweet spot where you're just off the tank and clearing the fairing. I installed the P-clamp screw and nut opposite what he did, but this is trivial. Reinstalling the fairing screws are a PITA except in just one spot (rear screw). You also have to fiddle with a rubber bushing that goes through a bracket off the back of the radiator. My screw drivers were no help, two hands and fingers on the backside got it there but it was a PITA until I got the feel of it.
4) the leads/harnessing to the battery is a tad long which helps since I'm going to a LiFe battery and the terminals now sit lower in the battery position. It really paid to be a bit long here.

I'll get to the head light tomorrow and amend accordingly.

Only thing I can't tell is how waterproof the design is looking at it. Since the wires enter the lights from the top, it will get tested. The junction box has the leads facing forward, so it will see a similar test. The machining and fit of the parts is quite good and makes for a smart looking assembly.

Nice work kuksul08 - really.
