Here are 2 links to the swap and pieces needed for the hydraulic conversion. 1 using the kit and 1 using parts from other bikes. Covers some trial and error I went through.

Excellent!! Many thanks! I supposed I could have been a little less lazy and searched myself I'll have a look through those when I get back from vacation in a few days. Do you know if there are any differences I would need to worry about/be aware of between your 2013 and my 2016?

I dont know exactly the difference between the years. The 16+ got the bigger new superbike crank (which is one of the reasons the displacement went from 821 to 939), the addition of an oil cooler and some electronic things. I'm not sure exactly what electrical things but I know for sure that the rapidbike quickshifter up, down and autoblip will only work on the 16+. The 13-15 can only use their 1 way system, either quickshift up or quickshift down but not both.

Great, I put the spacers back in that last time I reassembled... :-/

OK, been shaking down the changes and what a road Rt 191 in AZ is, here's an update...
1) installed Factory Pro Shift Kit - loosened up a bit, seems to have eliminated ambiguity in shifts, wasn't sure it would make a difference but it did, for the better
2) installed clutch fix (added judder) - the clutch is no longer evil but still not as good as my hydraulics
3) replaced my rear brake pedal/peg - works as hoped and no longer touches down like the old one did

Now, that starter is starting to feel weaker...

Yep, I concur. I've been all over Arizona and some parts of California and New Mexico, and the Coronado Trail is, hands down, my favorite road so far; twisties, elevation, history and almost non-existent traffic.

Glad the changes are mostly working for you.
