I Ride: 16 Honda CRF250l, 2016 Hyperstada 939
Received my Race Seat redone by Renazco today. Much more comfortable than the stock Race Seat but I haven't taken it out for anything but a ride around the block. The bike sits higher and with the suspension upgrades I had done I'm on my toes at stoplights. I will absolutely need to wear my riding boots.

Renazco check in. I have done two 100+ mile country/farm road rides north of DC. Seat is much much better than stock racing seat or journey. More padding than race seat and doesn't lock me in one position like the journey. It does however raise me up on my toes at stop lights etc in compared to the stock low journey. Much of this is due to my suspension upgrades but the Renazco race seat is even higher than the stock race.

I Ride: 2013 Hyperstrada
It took a 1,000 miles for the KonTour to break-in. Until then I was squirming from the hardness towards the tank side of my bottom. The dished area has supports to hold me in place and it is the front of the dish that needs to break-in.

As for the pelvis bones and tail bone, I have been completely comfortable. What a change from the two OE seats where I would get painfully sore at each of those three spots. Now I ride comfortably at those spots.

The next 1,000 miles have offered the conclusion that this seat is exactly what I needed. The added seat material absorbs all the jolts that would pass through to my spine with the thin OE seats. The riding position a little farther back than the Strada seat is perfect for my 62 34 frame. The seat fabric allows airflow to keep me comfortable when the temperatures are warm.

All in all, the Hyperstrada is now much better for me to ride day after day the 350 to 400+ mile loops. Before I would be very sore with the OE seats, long after the days ride, compounding on day after day rides. Now, any issue causing squirming are gone the instant I get off the bike.

Yes, I am like the princess and the pea. My bottom demands comfort. So, if a seat gets my seal of approval, it is indeed comfortable.
