I have been searching the forum on info on the 'Urban Mode' but haven't found a clear answer. Are there riders who have driven their bike in Urban Mode (only) for a longer time (somehow I doubt it ![]() Best regards ... jef |

Hi jef, I did a fair bit in Urban last time home due to the damp, wet cold conditions, the fuel economy is better, but mostly due to softer throttle and not reving and not riding hard, I think i could get similar results in touring mode if easy on the throttle. I can get 60-65mpg taking it easy, whilst dropping to 50mpg riding harder. |

Thanks, that is what I was looking for - converts to about 4.3L/100km. Best regards ... jef |

I concur with Mental's post I ran a few tanks thru the bike in Urban mode and got in the low 60s as well.

I rode in urban mode for about 3 minutes, it sucked soo bad I went into the computer and turned traction control off, abs off, engine med. and hooligan around with it very occasionally.

So your urban mode is touring mode without abs and traction control. I like urban mode for rain - can safe your ass sometimes. |

Essentially yes, I've driven numerous times in the rain and touring mode preformed well, and when I'm running in "urban hooligan" mode I like the smooth delivery 110 HP over the harsh snappy 110 HP.
