Are the Termi's worth it on the Hyperstrada?

Quite simply, is the sound improvement worth the cash? On the videos I've heard, I can hardly hear much of a difference... doesn't seem worth 4 figures, that's for sure! Has anyone who put them on regretted spending the money? And anyone who put them on love it and couldn't imagine owning a Hyper without them?

Trying to understand if it's worth the cash or not. From what I've been seeing, it seems like the Termi's don't make nearly as much of a difference on the Hyper 821 as they do, on say the Monster.

Single vs dual? My issue is the Termi's are the only worthy swap looks wise. Somebody showed a German (?) can that was almost $3K!!!, and it looked hideous.

There are some loud ones out there, if that's what you're looking for. Search 'Hypermotard' on youtube for aftermarket pipes.

I won't be putting a can on mine anytime soon. I like the way the bike sounds stock, if I were to change it I would be looking for a specific growl not just loudness. Two friends were comparing their engine sounds one had a 996 with the termi and one with an rc51 and sato exhaust. The Duc was louder but the rc sounded much better IMO

Only you can say. Like beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

It is indeed in the eye of the beholder.
I shelled out the money for the Termi without regret. It is a quality item and I love the crack on the overrun, the sound of a good breathing engine.

Pedro, I watched most of your video waiting for you to wind it all the way out but you kept it pretty tame.

The fact that pedestrians 100 meters away turn to see what's making that growl when I'm gettin in it reminds me the stocker is quite audible.

Plus one for a deeper, bassier growl. Think the forks and a steering damper have higher priority.

SPARK

So far I like this one from spark, looks great and seems to have that sound I was talking about, but it's so hard to say without seeing one in person.

12 hp and nearly 6 kg less (on Z800 specs). That's worth it to me.

the Moto GP is just so small. Maybe if they made a carbon fiber/black finish.

The Termi's give the Hyper 821 a 12HP gain?!? If so, that's awesome. So the Termi's bring it up to 122HP?
