Thank you, sir.
So the puig is around 2 inches or 50 mm taller and about the same width as the stock screen?
I was working on making a screen using vacuum molding. I ended up hacking an old BMW 1100 screen. I'll try to post some pics later.

you're welcome. puig is exactly 18 inches tall... 3 3/4 inches (95mm) taller than stock

interested in your solution on the bmw screen. to put my stock hyper screen to good use, i'm planning to fab a bracket to mount it to my monster so i'm looking for ideas. i think the shape and rounded edges of the stock screen matches the lines of the monster more than it does the hyper

I Ride: 2014 Hyperstrada
A number of years ago I had a 600 Monster that I used to knock about the city on, a few extras bolted on to that baby too. It could not have pulled the skin off a custard tart, but it was still fun to ride

I Ride: anything I can get my hands on
Went on a ride last Thursday with my buddy Cam, over the Santa Rosa Plateau down to DeLuz Road. This is one of the best back road riding areas in Southern California, with no cops and minimal traffic. I think we saw a dozen cars in 40+ miles. There was a lot of sand from the rains, but Cam managed to keep his R6 out of the weeds this time. When we got back we put new Q3s on both bikes. Ah, there's nothing like a beautiful winter day and new rubber....

My new parts directly from Italy.....

But i wonīt install the vinyls for the side panels, because iīve folied (clear) the side panels, so that they donīt get scratches.
I will think about that later, when the foil gets ugly.

This BMW connectors are not powered when the ignition is off...you need to connect it directly to the battery.
