Mine weren't torqued down at all but they were smothered in loctite so they wouldn't have gone anywhere. Found out because I was removing it for a track day.

Found my left side bolt loose today. 2014, 8600km. It had red loctite on it.
Cleaned it and reinstalled with red loctite again.
I think I'll start oiling the inside pivot part of that bolt regularly.

I've never known a bike to shake things loose so often. But mind you, I've never had a V-Twin before...

Methinks they used the wrong tolerance bolts, and the threadlocker they applied wasn't enough to make up the difference in size between the bolt and the hole, leading the bolts to come loose.

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but from what I've seen, the red threadlocker applied from the factory doesn't hardly get rubbed off or scuffed after removing it. It also doesn't provide much for friction during removal, like red threadlocker so often does. The bolts just need to be ever-so-slightly larger.

Center stand screw

I don't think the bolt is vibrating loose. Half of the bolt is threaded, the other half is smooth. The threaded part is Loctite'd in the center stand. The smooth part is supposed to be the pivot that rotates in the frame. If the pin is not free to rotate, it will try to unscrew the bolt every time you put the bike up on the center stand.
Now I'm lubing this everytime I lube the chain.
