General questions from newby

Waiting for my car at the shop so time to kill. 2013 Hyperstrada..
I found a service manual (went into my kindle, not the easiest way to read) using the search function here but no parts book, is there one on line? And a service manual that I can download to my phone?

Are there any hard saddlebag options? Like Hepko Becker? I know I'd need mounting frames too but are they available?

I have the taller windscreen but are there any aftermarket screens, like Parrabellum?
The current windshield is not a solid mount, it kind of flexes, is that normal?

Seat tends to push me forward like it's slightly tipped fwd, not comfy for my stuff, I can live with it but a little more room to the rear would be nice.. does the Hypermotard seat mount up and does it give a little more squirm around room?
Assuming there's a Corbin available what's your opinions on them?

Foot pegs a little slippery, is there a mod to more off road style with teeth?

Acc power outlets, is it safe to run heated liner thru It? Where do I find plug to fit?

What is the PIN number to key system if it's never been reset from factory, I hope I never need to know this but fear getting stranded somewhere if I don't know it.

So I had similar thoughts after buying mine , had seat reworked to let me slide back a bit, and fitted a new screen from a versy to get a bit more protection (your right the mounts are wafy) modified the back brake as to low for me after moving back, put mirror extenders on to see behind better

Let's see:

Can't run heated gear from power outlets. They're on the canbus system and limited to about 60 watts. Run a fused coax to the battery.

You will find, when pushing a little, that moving forward on the seat and weighting the front gives you more front end feel. Otherwise no answer here.

The rubber peg inserts pop out, leaving the metal cage - should do the trick.

I use an MRA screen with a small ebay wind deflector - works nice with helmet in clean air. The stock screen with a deflector would probably be just as good - mine got very scratched. Other stuff out there, but not sure tall is the answer unless you want to sit behind plastic.

The PIN is either on a small metal tag that comes with your keys, or the OP has it and should give it to you.

The stock bags work well. There are frameless bags like the Moskomoto reckless 40 and 80 that look good too. Others have fashioned custom racks out of cutting board material and mounted on the 3 mountng points that come with the bike.

Great answers, Thanks! I found the pin code with the second key and have the code card with it too.
I'll pop those rubbers out from the pegs, probably just what I need.
I'll try working with the stock bags. One didn't want to come off but I did search and found write up on the need for grease. Doing that now.

I greased up the latches for the bags and they come off easily now, thanks to who ever
It was from the UK that wrote up the procedure.
Pleasantly surprised to find the waterproof bag liners inside one of the bags.

Now wondering what the combo is to the little pad locks with the saddle bags?

The 1st Gen's don't use the PIN that comes on the little tag. It's a security feature on other Duc models but ours has no function for it. Not sure about other Gen's.

I just occasionally spray the latches with silicon and they're fine. I also clean and spray the spool mounts on the bike.

Ignition key unlocks luggage from frame.
Luggage locks are to lock the zippers on luggage. They're cheap and you can buy better ones in any department store.

Comfort saddle for these bikes should feel more like a regular saddle and not put you forward...
