Hello from new member from Spring,TX

hello to all Hyperstada's owners,
I m andy from spring,tx
just got a preowned 13 hyperstrada with 5800 miles on it.i like the bike very much....but after 60 miles tested ride trip: the rear brakes is toasted,i mean from brake pads-rotor-caliper and to abs sensor wire.
I got home, tried to find the root problem :brake pedal pivot bolt very stiff and some how the push rod over adjusted.
well I will report this to local Ducati dealer and find all needed parts to fix it

I Ride: anything I can get my hands on
Welcome to the forum, Andy. Sorry to see that you are having a problem, but it should be fairly easy to correct. Sounds like the PO was a "don't use the front brake, it will make you crash" kind of rider. Or one or the other of you might have had your foot in a position that actuates the brake without knowing it. Happened to me on a test ride of the first Tuono; the rear wheel locked right up.

Hi Andy, the weather here is very cold (<50 F.) but clear. I would like to see some rain, actually. I've logged 50 years of riding and have had roughly the same number of bikes. Mistakes can happen any time...but it sounds like you have it fixed. Enjoy your new/used bike.
