Think that's the Puig screen. Definitely not the Duc Touring screen. Bigger than the Duc screen but probably does a better job on the highway.

That's definitely a straight-up Strada but the rear shock is intriguing. That would be the first Ohlins rear I've read about on our site.

Ya, when I registered mine in 2013, they only had the non-821 Motards listed.

Congrats on the new (to-you) ride.

Looks like the rear hugger/mudguard is also the shorter Motard one.

I agree the center stand on Hyper is ridiculously easy to use.

Ducati modified the clutch in 2015. I know, I have the same issue. Flipping dangerous at times. I was able to score all of the updated parts but I didn't have time to install before I had to ship the bike. I'll post the results as soon as I get the bike back from, http://advrider.com/index.php?http:/...lly-4.1183746/
I also got the updated kickstand

I did an oil change on the Ducati for a warm fuzzy feeling.

I also discovered another aftermarket part on the bike. I knew it had a radiator guard installed but then I noticed the cylinder cover had the same mesh as the radiator guard. Nice set up.

I then got to draining the motor. Here is what I used.

I don't know if this is a Ducati thing (or Ducati technician thing) but there was silicone sealant on the main drain plug (one with the magnet). It has a washer, so I just put it back in there.

I also noticed that the other plugs, including the screen plug had grease on the threads. I went ahead and greased them back up for the reinstall. I also did the main drain while I was at it.

All in all it was pretty easy. I ended up using some WD40 and a tooth brush to clean the screen plug. I didn't want to use any solvent because of the plastic housing around the screen. Then I blew it off with some compressed air.

I hope the belly pan clears that K&N "NUT" filter.
It did!

Jacked up the seat bracket.

I used some aluminum bar stock (1/8" x 3/4") from the hardware store. Doubled them up for a 1/4" and it just barely hooks the seat now.

Ordered the Racing Seat and I did good.

Now I can stretch out a little more (36" inseam). I don't know about touring on it but it's great for the back roads.

Discovered that they redesigned the mid seat "hook".

Removed the aluminum risers from the previous post, because they were too high for the new seat.
